Our bodies were humming from the drive so we were ready for an early dinner, some football and the hope of hitting the road for a few more hours. It was an urban barbecue place in an renovated mini-strip mall. We got ribs, brisket sandwich, split a 12 oz. bottle of la fin du monde and then I ordered braised collared greens and pickles for dessert as I was still hungry. The food was good but we had better ribs. No lie, Divine Swine is one of the best and we had pretty awesome ribs on our last road trip in Austin, Texas.
We jumped back into the van and pushed on to Sayre, Oklahoma. About 1,444 miles and 21+ hours into the trip so far.
